i'm one of the great unwashed who liked MSAS beta1 for the tracks eraser tool.
so now what?
1.) i can still use MSAS beta1 Tracks Eraser Tool ! -- i can change the
date on my computer to 2005 so the timebomb doesn't kick in; open the msas
beta1 i found in a file left there by Beta2 installation; and still use MSAS
for the tracks eraser function. and then, btw, close it, shut it off, and
change the date back until i need the tracks eraser again. a bit of a pain.
.. .
2.) install a new program that has similar function. from what i've
gleaned here, that product would seem to be: ccleaner.
do you concur?
any known problems?
any known complications?
any known installation glitches?
any known 'tricks' i ought to know about?
what's your take on ccleaner?
your insight and experience will be appreciated.
(sorry, no posts please about what's in ie7. read them. not what i want.
thanks.)
thanks.
