still risk with secure update?

secure?

it seems to me that the sescure update only keeks you
from modify other's records, but not prevents you from
creating names you may not own, say host123.cnn.com, if
your machine is a multihomed one and you use a connection
specific dns suffix-cnn.com

Secure Dynamic DNS prevents unauthorised clients from changing the DNS
database. The limitations, set at the content DNS server, on which parts of
the DNS database may be dynamically updated at all, prevent clients from
modifying DNS data for domain names in arbitrary parts of the namespace.
