Still not working

Got everything everyone has told me to get but still, its
not scanning my comp for updates, Ive tried everything!!!
please help me out, im dieing here

'It', What 'it'?

"Got everything" is generally too little info if you are having
problems -- it is much better to explain exactly what you are
doing and what results you received precisely.
