Still no RC1 DVD arrived...

I still did not get my RC1 DVD build 5600

Does Microsoft still have a mailing backlog? Or do they think they have sent
them all?

How can I get in contact with Microsoft and check the delivery status of my
order?

PS I know the order is in their system since I paid for and got delivery of
the Beta 2 DVD months ago...
