That other post does not solve my problem. I have OAB
(MAP1) and PAB (MAP1) activated and working. When I go to
click on the Contacts option for an email address book, it
is greyed out and not able to be clicked.

IT department is looking for a solution as well (they have
never seen this problem either).

I already have the OAB in my profile. Then when I right
click on the folder Contacts and select properties, the
option to "show this folder as an email Address Book" is
greyed out. That is where I am getting stuck.

Thanks for your help.

In Contact properties, the option to enable this as an
OAB
is greyed out. How can I activate this? I recently
upgraded to Outlook 2002.
