Still Having Font Problems :-(

Been having a font problem with our XPE image for a long while now, and
it's now causing us (me) some grief, and I really need to nail this
problem.

We have a DOS based application that uses terminal font. However, I
can reproduce the problem using the regular XP CMD shell.

There is a picture to illustrate the problem here:

I can fix the problem, by switching regional settings (including
default system locale) a few times, eventually it sorts itself out.
However, I need this fix in the embeded project, as this post FBA
"hack" is not acceptable to us.

Does anyone have any ideas what controls these "Raster Font" sizes?

I have had a couple problems seeing similar issues. I went back and forth
between an XPe and XP Pro systems, which has resulted in the "Working XPe"
from your picture. I might have a component that seems to work if you are
willing to test it out.

Be glad to test it out, I am tearing my hair out with this!!! Have this
week's work allocated to get to the bottom of this problem (plus a couple
of easy fixes), the sooner I get it sorted, the sooner I get down the pub
:-)
