Still hangs on IST.IST_Bar BHO in registry

I realize it's Beta. Application works great on HP laptop.
On the desktop system, (New Sony VGC-RA820G w/ 2 gig mem
and XP MCE SP2 with ALL current updates applied.
Even with the 2 new updates released by MS today, the app.
still hangs when it comes in contact with IST.IST_Bar, BHO
in registry. I've scrubbed the reg. clean of all references
to this entry. There is a BHO file, (BHO ADP UrlCatcher
Class {F4E04583-354E-4076-BE7D-ED6A80FD66DA}) that tries to
load on startup. It prompts to block, and shows this file
to be blocked. However it still loads. This is a tough one.
It can't be made to go away.

Gary,

It's either attempting to reload the BHO from a hidden instance in the
registry or is being protected by a "guard" file. Unfortunately, it can
"hide" itself from being viewed using the Registry editor.

Suggest doing a full system scan in Safe Mode to see if it's
"unprotected" there. Then reboot, disconnect from any internet
connection, and run it again.
