Still getting alerts after clicking to ignore them

I installed MS Antispyware on a clients system and every
time she boots she gets the alert that a change to the
default folders requires aproval. (I have her My
Documents directory redirected to a server share.)
She continues to get this alert even though she selects
not to get this anymore.
Any ideas?
 
As Andre says....

I don't know what to do about this one except disable the checkpoint
providing the warning. Hmm--if it knows the defaults are being changed, why
is there not somewhere to tell it what the defaults should be? I suppose it
is the fact that the change is happening on the fly that is the alert, not
the simple location.

I'm afraid I haven't seen this one first-hand, but there may well not be an
easy solution.
