Still duration of movies

I was wondering if i can cahnge the duration of one slide (still) rather then all of them????

Put it on the timeline and pull the trim handle to change it's duration.

What about on clips that are to small and it wont let you pull to trim the clip???

Zoom all the way into the timeline and you can pull the trim handle an even
the smallest duration one.
