still carnt update

still carnt update tried all trouble shooting instructions so its back to the
windows install clean up utility this is becoming a pain brother inlaw is in
the same boat how long is this going to continue i dont mean to be rude but
how hard is it to get right all other spykillers update no problem.

Sorry for the dutch subtitles and the button text--this was the reference I
