sticky keys

i hit shift 5 times accidentaly and something called
sticky keys was activated. now i can't turn it off. its
causing all sorts of problems because when i click on
things it opens way more than what i intended. how do i
turn this off(now when i hit shift 5 times the box wont
appear again, i must have accidentaly changed a setting)

Open "Accessibility" in control panel. It's on the Keyboard tab.
