IIRC there was a recent request for an app like this.

Another candidate for the KISS list?

The author is a nice guy. Luiz Marques created MonthPlan especially for
Little Girl (back when she was a regular in ACF) when she couldn't find
a freeware that did what she wanted. :)

As long as I'm posting - someone might want to try this app:

STG PDFInfoTip

<q>
Adds extended InfoTips to PDF files. Infotips are the ballons that are
displayed by Windows Explorer when the cursor hover over a file for a while.

Usage: after installation, just hover the mouse over a PDF file on
Windows Explorer.
The information displayed is:

Title
Subject
Author
Keywords
Page Count
Creator
Producer
PDF Version
Size (in KB)
Date Modified

Any information that is not available in that particular PDF file will
be skipped.

Thank you. STG TimeCalc *is* a no-install app - I think it belongs on
the KISS list too.
