You helped me on a message I posted Nov. 10 @ 7:30 PM. I
do have internet sharing turned on and I can ping the
host NAC from the client and I can ping the NAC used to
connect to the internet from the client but cannot ping
outside IP's (216.239.39.100). Seems like some setting
on the host is incorrect. Any ideas.

Steve:
I solved the problem by removing the McAfee firewall and
virus scanning software. Thanks for your help.
