Steve G, Jan Alter, & Bob Hendrick,

I can't believe what is going on. People think that I'm measekite,
and now I think others are impersonating other people also. (if you
want to call me, send me a personal email and I will give you my phone
number.) I don't know who to trust on this usenet group. I can't
figure out who is genuine and who is not. I've actually did a study
on people's posting and a lot of individual just doesn't make sense.

People in general can be pro-abortion, anti-communist, pro-America,
and anti-war. However, for me to believe there are people that are
anti-OEM in and pro-OEM is crazy. They have to be financially
motivate somehow. I don''t trust anybody on this bulleting board, but
you 3 stand out as genuine.

I'm just a person who does not believe in paying for OEM ink. After
reading the article from consumer reports, I am not going to buy after-
market cartridges, since the article says it probably won't save you
money. The article didn't say you can't save money on refilling ink
cartridges yourself.

So that's what I'm going to do. Refill the cartridges myself. I've
refilled for many year, and I don't mind doing it again.

Steve G, Jan Alter, & Bob Hendrick, can you please recommended a
company that I can purchase ink from (not cartridges) just ink from so
I can get some decent prints and save money.

Stan
ps. I have a canon printer that has 3 color ink, and 2 black color
inks.

meashershithead on a conference call. LOL...I can't stop laughing!!!

I don't know who to trust on this usenet group. I can't
figure out who is genuine and who is not.

Could anyone be anymore full of shit than you meashershithead?

I've actually did a study

duh...you're referring to yourself of course.

Bulleting board? Oh, now you're really giving yourself away.

Oh, this is perfect meashershithead reasoning. Plain & simple!

The article didn't say you can't save money on refilling ink
cartridges yourself.

Meashershithead...all the way.
So that's what I'm going to do. Refill the cartridges myself. I've
refilled for many year, and I don't mind doing it again.

hehehe...I'd like for you to video that act!

Oh, you mean that old ip4000. Big deal, we knew that 3-4 yrs ago.

Jees, it's a printer group, not a political group.

Sure, but keeping referring to him doesn't help, nor does your cute
little moniker.

I'm hardly pro-oem, but there are cautions with brand y.

You can say that again.

Sounds great.

What I have been saying is that OEM inks cost way more than they
should. On the standard format printers it would be OK if they raise
the price about $50.00 and lower the price of the ink by half. The wide
format printers already have enough profit in the price and they still
overcharge for the ink. That does not mean that the ink is not the best
for it is. That does not mean that many relabelers cannot be trusted
for they can;t. They will not tell you who the ink formulator is or the
brand they sell. They repackage and relabel what they source out and
many change it when they get a better deal. At least with the OEM's you
have some consistency.
I'm just a person who does not believe in paying for OEM ink.
I do not enjoy paying for it either and probably if I went thru a set of
carts every week I would do another investigation.

But you will still have the same risks.

corporate indocrination. Did you know that?

Most after market ink supplies are good, honest dealers and can be trusted.

They will not tell you who the ink formulator is or the
brand they sell. They repackage and relabel what they source out and
many change it when they get a better deal. At least with the OEM's you
have some consistency.

Even if they told you the exact chemical formulation, it wouldn't matter
one bit.
The only thing that matters are the results you see.
Period!

measekite, you are using way too many neurons on this OEM ink, more
for printers, less for ink, we don't know their suppliers, crap.
This can be compared to wasting your time on video games.
It is the same thing over-and-over. It makes NO difference. Most
people do not read anything you say or have killfiled you long ago.
All that you say is simplistic, obvious, redundant, poorly stated, and
pointless.
Turn off the Canon and the computer...and read a good novel.
