How do I move 2 months of Old Calendar Items from my stored email on the
Server, to putting the Old Calendar Items on my HardDrive (for histories
sake.)?

Create a new PST and a calendar folder in that PST. Now open the main
calendar and select a list view like By Category and then click the End Date
column to sort it by date. Select all the items older than the date you
want (click the first, hold shift and click the last), click Edit>Copy to
Folder, and specify the new calendar as the destination.

When the copy completes, you can either consider yourself done or you can
close the new PST so it no longer shows in the folder list
(right-click>Close).
