Steam down?

Currently 15:45 on a Wednesday, no Steam store.

Have tried rebooting and clearing cache, still no Steam Store - anybody else?

My games are all still listed ok but haven't tried playing any yet - I wonder if online games are working ok?

I did find one site reporting the problem at 11:30 hours today.
