Stealth.exe is a tool used to view jet databases content. However, for
security reasons it is not a public tool. You need to contact Microsoft
support for help:

| I've just been reading about a Microsoft tool called stealth.exe that

| you to have a poke around inside the internal structure of ntds.dit. Does
| anyone know of a download location? It's not found in a search of the
