Status of Web page loading

Until tonight, I was able to see the status(how many
items,pictures) were downloading when I opened a web page
that had lots pics etc. Now I see nothing. Anybody have
any ideas of what setting changes may have changed.....
My wife and son were home alone today and were playing
with my computer if anybody can think of what they could
have changed accidentally. Thanks for any help.

Hi Davo.......In IE, toolbar at top, tick View, Status bar. Is that what
you're looking for? charlie R
