A anonymous Nov 18, 2003 #3 Drag the desktop icons down to area next to the "start" button. Unlock this "launchbar area" and drag the vertical dot-line to the right to make more space. re- lock the launchbar area. lock/unlock = right-click taskbar and check/uncheck lock.
