status area signature???

Ok i just installed the latest signature version 1.13.1276.16 built on
2/15/2006 at 11:39 AM.

on the status are does it display when the signature was built on or when
was the signature installed? I thought it suppose to display when the
signature was installed. is this a bug or normal
 
You're seeing what I see, adjusting for time zones. It is showing when it
was built. If you need to know when it was installed, that information is
available in log records in the System Event log.
