Stationery has disappeared

Outlook XP

I made my own stationery with a picture for the background. It has worked
for years and has now stopped. Even my 'Sent' emails no longer have this
background. Why would this be? Thank you
 
Try the outlook group (please)....this is the Frontpage group.
