I had planned to do this in Flash but thought the file would be huge.

I am trying to create a web site for my fashion designer daughter who wants
to display her many designs. I am using FP2003.

I want a menu with probably 20 thumbnails on the left which, when clicked
would bring up a large picture in a window on the right two-thirds of the
page.

I tried using a DWT but then, I don't have access to the menu. I could out
the menu in a editable region maybe.

Is there any easier way to do this. With Flash, it's s snap but I'd RATHER
do it without Flash.

Here is a sample I found that might help you.....

Use the edit on your browser to bring the page into your computer so you can
see how it was done..

Thank You! That helps and is an alternative but it seemed to come to me as I
was writing my question. I did create two editable regions..one for the menu
and another for the changing images. The menu is accessible (and the logo,
name etc) stays the same in all htm pages but the images change when you
click the thumbnail. Each image is embedded in it;s own htm page. That seems
to work ok for me

Frames???

You could use a two frame page and put the menu (Thumbnails) in one frame
and link it to a page with the corresponding information to open in the
other frame...
