I want to create a multi-column report using Access 2000 and have the far
left column show up only once per page, but repeat on each page. In other
words, I want the far left column to be the row header and to repeat on each
page, while my other columns are individual records. I have tried making the
left column on the report, then adding a sub-report that contains the other
columns. That works great on the first page, but subsequent pages have a
blank where my left column should be. I tried making the main report
unbound. I tried binding it to the same query as the sub-report and linking
the reports. I tried binding it to another query and linking the reports.
Nothing so far has worked. I guess what I need is for the detail section of
the main report to repeat each page.
I appreciate any suggestions of how I might proceed, or even other ways to
accomplish what I am trying to do.
Thanks.
