state maps in Excel

Hi -

Is there a way to map US states in Excel and portions of a state by US zip code or latitude and longitude? Is this possible in Excel as is or with an add-in

I suspect, though I am not sure, that you will have to buy MS MapPoint
or one of its competitors to get what you want.
