state distribution chart in repeating columns

I have been given an example of a report that I need to replicate. The data
is a national distribution by region and then by state; each region shows a
percentage of total. I've got the calcs OK but I need to arrange the data to
repeat the 3 data columns side by side. each region with a header, and a
subtotal so that half of the report is on the left and half on the right.

This is microsoft.public.excel.charting, for discussing making graphs
using Excel. It's not really the right place for questions about making
spreadsheets. Have you tried microsoft.public.excel.misc?
