Has anyone tried StatBar?

I've used StatBar for 3 or 4 years now. no problems with it at all(Pentium
4 with XP Pro) quite like it. The update check is manual, so it doesn't
call home and check unless you ask it to. All I can add is try it and see
how you like it.
