Aloha, one of my 5 children somehow changed the location
of the start desktop toolbar from along the bottom - to
the right side of screen - it pops out when I try to
scroll down, real pain in the okole! How do I get my
toolbar back to bottom of screen?

Hi FullMonte,
Left click on a blue part near the bottom corner area, and holding the left
key clicked down drag the cursor to the bottom of the screen, and the
toolbar will follow.
The start tool bar can be placed on any side of the screen edge if you want
it so.
Then it might be prudent to lock the desktop by right clicking on the blue
area of the start toolbar, which will bring up a box, where if you click on
'Lock the Taskbar', it won't happen again while the lock is on.
Rob.

Hi theFullMonte,

Place your mouse pointer in a blank area in the center of the Taskbar,
click, hold and drag it down to the bottom of the screen (you won't see it
visibly moving towards the bottom of the screen, but you will see an outline
for it at the bottom of the screen when you get to that area).

Regards,

You are absolutely right! I've locked the toolbar so
those little creative minds (sharper than mine) do not
get carried away!
