How can I get a list of programs which are set to run automatically at
windows startup. I have an .exe program which was deleted when I ran a
system cleanup utilitiy, but the instruction to run the program is still in
the startup list which I would like to remove.

Any advice welcome

There's a link to a utility that will manage them.
