This is the fourth time I have tried to post this???

Need to eleminate some of the programs that run on startup.
How do I find them and keep them from starting up.

Yes, and you should have been patient and waited for the answer. I answered
your first post already. If you can't find it, use Google Groups Advanced
Search and search in microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics for your name and
today's date.
