startup wizard

The startup wizard doesnt download pictures from my sony
memory stick.No error messages.Just says the memory stick
is working properly and its safe to remove it.Any help
would be greatly appreciated

Geoff,

Why don't up just open up windows explorer and click on the drive with the
memory stick, copy and paste the pictures to the location where you want
them. I do it all the time as I don't like the software that came with my
digital camera.
