Startup Without Owners Icon

Hello Folks,
Can someone here tell me how I can get rid of the startup screen with the
owners icon, so my XP will boot directly to my desktop. It used to do that
fine, but I installed a printer today, that is connected to my system via a
router, and when I rebooted, I now have the startup screen with the owner
icon first that I have to select. I'd am the only person using the computer
and would like to startup again directly to my desktop.

Can anyone help me with this.

Many thanks,

Jim

Start | Run, type "control userpasswords2" Select the account you want
to logon to automatically. Then uncheck the box "Users must enter a
user name and password to use this computer."

Or do the same thing with TweakUI.

Ken,
Thanks, I tried that and it did not work. I also downloaded Tweak Ui and it
did not work either. Does it have anything to do with a network being
installed or not? Before I installed a printer and said it was on a network,
I never had the owner icon on my startup screen, now everytime the computer
starts up the owner screen with the icon is there.
