Startup Script Issue

We are having problems with startup scripts running. I
noticed the following error in the event log.

Source:Userinit
Could not locate the script command lines in the Group
Policy Object

I can not find anything on Microsofts website about this.
Can someone provide more information. We have already
disabled the Do not detect slow network connections
setting but several servers are still not running the
startup script.

Any ideas??
 
It seems that "PortFast" enabled on a CISCO Switch could cause this problem.

May also want to look into disabling Media Sensing if the computers have
Gigabit cards.
