I've been having alot of problems with my CPU usage, It's
almost always at 100%, even when I'm not running any
programs. I thought that this maybe due to useless
programs running automatically at startup. I've searched
everywhere for the startup manager and I still can't find
it.

I've also realised that the programs running maybe
spyware,so I've found 220 spyware programs & files and
deleted them all but still my computer is running slow.

I also found a progam named Khooker.exe but I can't
delete it or do anything with it.

whenever i run task manager, the options are exteremly
limited, I can't even close...the tool bar is no longer
there, so it's practically useless!

If you can please help me with any of these problem i
would extremly gratefull!

Thank you in advance for your help.

When this happens, look in Task Manager and tell us what process is using
all the CPU time.
Does this happen in safe mode?
When did they problem start? What changed on your computer around that time?
If you search the Microsoft knowledge base for "CPU Usage", there are
multiple reasons for this.
