StartUp Flash Screen

Can someone please tell me if I can change the falsh screen that starts up when you open Access2003. In previous
version all I have to do is name a bmp file same as the database, and it will flash. Actually I need to know how to
display it longer. The flash is so fast, you can even read it. Can someone help me add more seconds for it to be
displayed so that you can read the screen. Will appreciate any help
 
I would create a similar appearance on an Access form that is the first to
appear when an application starts. You can use the form's timer event to
make it close automatically.

I did that.. and I can control it by making the interval longer. But when yopu start Access- it is still the access flash scree
that flashes and opens the default page and then goes to my flash screen. I would like my screen to show up as soon a
Access is started and with longer time.
 
I don't know what you mean by "default page". Did you use a BMP and an
Access Flash screen?
