Hi,
I'm runnning Windows 98. When I tried to open my
Explorer, it says "the program has performed an illegal
operation and will be shut down". The Explorer is version
6 SP 1 which I have been using for some time. When I
reverted to the previous version 5, I had the same
problem. I had tried reverting to version 5 and then re-
installing version 6 SP 1, but the problem persisted.
I wanted to uninstall Explorer completely and then
reinstall but there is no such option in the Add/Remove
program facility.
I would appreciate your help.
Regards
Mark
