startup error messages

when i start my computer it says,"system memory has changed,press f1 to continje" when i press it the damn thing either reboots and runs or the screen turns blue with the following message,"stop c0000221 unknown hard error \systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll please help

offhand, I'd say you have a bum memory chip somewhere.
