I was having issues with 3 programs that some of you might use. When I
rebooted my system, 3 programs seemed to be conflicting with each other-
ATNotes, Avast, and PopPeeper. Whenever Avast would get an update (not
when it checked for one, but when it actually got one), ATNotes would
give me a message box saying "could not add icon to system tray". It
was odd because the icon was clearly visible in the system tray. Pop
Peeper's icon would not be visible even though the program was running
in the background. So someone recommended this program and I love it:

Startup Delayer
http://www.r2.com.au/software.php?page=2&show=startdelay

Desc: Lets you control how long after Windows boots to start programs.
(so if you want your mail program to check for new mail 30 seconds after
your computer boots and for your AV program to wait until you have
checked your mail before starting, this can do it)

Features: Very easy to use. Does its job (invisibly if you want) then
quits. Lets you start the program with parameters (start program X
minimized, etc..)

Please explain. I can't find the original post. This post is
