Startup Blocking - How to Restore

Hello,

I blocked a couple of startup programs in the System
Explorers area, then went to remove the block by
following the instruction to, "go to the security agent
events area and remove the block".

However, there are no indications in the security agent
events that these two programs were blocked from
startup. I have searched the entire program without
success. The programs are blocked and do not start.

Any help appreciated.

Go to Tools > Realtime Protection > View All Blocked
Events to see if its blºcked there.

Hi,

No, there is only one event there from about when I
originally installed this back in February. The two
programs I blocked this morning do not appear here nor
anywhere else, and I have pretty much exhausted the
various paths that the application provides. It's as
though it blocked them but made no record of that action.
