Starting Word from a form

I have an application that extracts data for a mail merge and them starts
Word bring up the template for the mail merge. I have had to rebuild my hard
drive and now when the system does the extract and word starts I get a
message that says "Opening this document will run the following SQL Statement
(sql statement here) Data from your database will be placed in the document.
Do you wish to continue." When you select yes everything works as it should.
I would like to eliminate the message but I don't know where it's coming
from.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a working sample....perhaps you give it a try..and see if it works on
your machine...

your EXISTING applications).
