Starting Web Site from Run box

I disabled IE from the program access menu and tried firefox. wasn't
impressed so i've come back to IE. The problem is, whenever I try to start a
webpage from the run box , i get the error message 'Application Not Found'.
Can anyone help, please

Open IE
Click Tools
Click Options
Click Programs
Tick the box that says IE should check to see if it's the default browser.
Close IE.
Open it.
It should now ask if you want it to be the default program.

Alternatively open the control panel, click add/remove programs, and then
set it in Set Programs Access and Defaults.
