Starting Security Centre

I can't find anything which tells me how to turn on the
Sercurity Centre that comes with S.P. 2. The instructions
provided are too brief to be informative and as a result
get me nowehere. can anyone help this newbie?
 
The Security Center should be located in Control Panels if you have SP2
installed. Simply open that and it should provide you with what you need
to make sure everything is running properly.

Note that for domain computers the Security Center is default disabled...
