If you change the extension (.ppt) to .pps, it will (should) open in full
screen. The last letter "s" tell your computer to thro your presentation
over the screen as a slideshow. by the way, in most recent Windows versions,
highlight the file, hit <F2> and change the last character from ppt to pps.
It should run. Else, you need a viewer:
