Starting page keeps getting REDIRECTED on IE6

My suggestion is to post to a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser or
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.setup

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product

My starting page keeps getting redirected to
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x0409&pver=6.0&ar=hom
I can't figure out how to eliminate it.
Now my starting page is okay but if I try to go to Yahoo, Altavista, MSN it
redirects to this junk.
Spyware didn't work, and Virus scan picks up nothing.
ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!
