Friends, I seem to have forgotten how to use this thing. Back in 2002,
I built my own site (www.markedixon.com) with FP2000. Mostly, it's
been OK for my purposes over the years.
Now, I'm trying to build a site for a small non-profit I'm helping and
can't figure out some basic things. I even pulled out my old
"Frontpage Bible" and it doesn't seem to help. It references a
"getting started" dialogue box, but I can't get one.
I've created a homepage, plus a couple of interior pages. But I can't
seem to link them together. they're loose pages, not a "web." I also
tried to create a shared border but, when I clock on Format, the
"shared border" command is not highlighted. I seem stymied.
Meanwhile, I can manage my own site perfectly. In fact, FP goes
directly to it when I open the program, but has to be manually directed
to the new pages.
Can anyone recommend an online refresher or trouble-shooting site for
FP2000?
Thanks!
Mark
