I click on Outlook Express, the blue flash screen comes
up with the version 6 whatever, but when it start to open
outlook and the folders (inbox, sent items, etc.) it
causes the system to reboot. I am running Windows X,
service pak 1 and updates to that. What do I do to
correct the problem. Or how do I reinstall Outlook
Express WITHOUT LOOSING ALL MY E-MAIL FOLDERS?

Thanks in advance
