Starting MS Flight Simulator (2002) in a window (NOT full-screen mode)

I'm looking for a way to start up Flight Simulator (FS) in NONE-full-
screen mode. I know that once FS is up and running, I can switch
between full-screen mode and window mode using the shortcut ALT
+ENTER. However, I have a keyboardless tablet computer and so

I'd like to start up FS in a regular window, NOT full screen.

Any ideas on how to do that? Perhaps command line options? (Has
anyone seen a list of FS command line options anyway?)

Thanks.

IMPORTANT!!!

Back up your configuration file by copying it to another folder before
editing it manually. That way if your changes keep the simulator from
working, you can return a known good configuration file to the folder
where the simulator expects to find it. You may have to set you Windows
operating system to show hidden and system files and folders.

---------------------------

Versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator before FS9/2004 have a
configuration file in their main folder. That file is normally set to
open the simulator in a window when the simulator is installed. The
simulator WILL change the setting to full screen if you close the
simulator when it is displaying in full screen. Normally you can change
the setting to open the simulator in a window by closing the simulator
while it is displaying in a window. Also, the simulator will normally
build a new configuration file with default settings if it doesn't find
a configuration file in the expected place, but you WILL lose any other
simulator settings if you use that process. The FULL_SCREEN value in the
[GRAPHICS] section of the simulator's configuration file should be
controlling the window/full screen status, 0 for windowed and 1 for full
screen. The file can be edited with Notepad. Make SURE that backup is
available, just in case.

The 2004 version expects its configuration file to be in a sub-folder of
the user's Windows XP "Application Data\Microsoft" folder. Note that
EACH user with a OS login account has a separate "Application Data"
folder within the Windows XP "Documents and Settings" folder. EACH user
has their own independent main flight simulator configuration file. Any
FS200.cfg, FS2000.EXE or FS2002.exe files in the main FS9 folder are
only there for add-ons that look for those files as a method to locate
the simulator's main folder, LEAVE THEM THERE.

NOTE: I DON'T know how much of this may have changed in FS X!!
