When i boot up my computer, the bulls-eye icon never appears. I checked the
options and the startup applications, and microsoft antispyware startups
weren't blocked.

A) You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in
Control Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and
then click Updªte.

OR

B)Goto: Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove programs/MSAS then click on support
info!!! Then click on repair!

Hello ?,

if you open Taskmannager and you can find there in the Running Processes:
gcasServ.exe and gcasDtSev.exe
Then MSAS is running, then the problem is from XP and then i have the
next solution:
From Francesco Saverio Ostuni:
Go to My Network Places and on the left pane and choose to hide UPnP
devices.

This will do the trick.

Thank you Engel for your information, even though it didn't solve the
problem. If it was because my post was unclear, sorry.
