starting IE in a new window

I seem to remember a command/switch that set it so if you had IE open, and
clicked on a link, it would open the link in a new IE window instead of
replacing the original url.

I can't seem to find it....

Can anyone steer me in the right direction??

I took a guess and it worked!

iexplore.exe -new url

where url is www.microsoft.com or whatever.
