Hello
I'm running Win XP Media Edition. Until a couple of days ago my pc started
up without asking for a password now it needs a password.
When I wanted to close down, after pressing Start/Close Down Computer I was
presented with 3 boxes Standby, Turn off & Restart. Now when I press Start
the option is called Shutdown & selecting this brings up a drop down menu
Logoff, Shutdown,Standby, restart & Hibernate.
Neither change is that important however I did prefer things the way they
were as this is the way they are on the other two pc's in the house.
Is this a peculiarity of Media Edition or have I inadvertently selected a
particular option?
