Starting Buetooth control panel applet

Hello,

I don't have the bluetooth device icon in my control panel so i tried
launching it via the Start->Run "bthprops.cpl" but nothing happens.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi Thorsten,

thanks for replying. I saw that article before but didn't think that is
applicable. Steps there already assume you have Bluetooth radio buttons in
the device manager.

My bluetooth devices are functioning.. i just can't load the bluetooth
control panel to enable/disable some options.

The applet may be hidden then. Check the settings in TweakUI > Control
Panel. TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
